Bob Ross
Bob, a lifelong enthusiast of electronics, has been captivated by the world of technology since an early age. As the co-founder and co-owner of New Jersey-based smart home installation company, iTEC Consultants, now a Hi Solutions company, he has seamlessly combined his passion for electronics with a keen focus on the business aspect of the industry. Over time, Bob's interests have evolved towards management, operations, growth, and productivity within the technology sector.
Guided by a profound philosophy, Bob firmly believes that a company is truly defined by its employees, emphasizing the collective strength and contribution of the team over individual ownership. This perspective shaped his approach to leadership and underscores the collaborative spirit at iTEC Consultants.
Beyond the realm of technology and business, Bob finds joy in various pursuits. Whether soaring through the skies in his airplane, tinkering with cars, enjoying a round of golf, or embarking on travel adventures with his wife, Eva, Bob's diverse interests mirror his dynamic approach to both work and life.
Bob Smith
Bob initiated his tech journey in car audio back in 1994, joining a company renowned for crafting award-winning show cars. Transitioning to home technology in 1997, he became part of an AV company recognized as a pioneer in the industry. Initially serving as a rack builder, Bob advanced into Engineering and swiftly climbed the ranks to become a project manager. Fueled by his passion, he ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing his own home automation business in 2004. In 2010, Bob forged a partnership with Bob Ross, and together they founded their own company iTEC Consultants, etching their mark in history. Beyond the professional realm, Bob finds joy in fishing and boating, as well as engaging in car shows alongside his son, who shares a deep enthusiasm for automobiles.
